Filthy store in Evergreen, CO - Safeway

I have complained numerous times that the Safeway store if dirty. The carts are awful and to think we place our food in that cart. They are so bad some carts are literally black with dirt. The floors are filthy too. If you look at the produce department where they keep the vegetables and fruits, along the sides are full of dirt and I hate to think about all the germs that are lingering there and getting on the food itself. Please more people must complain before Safeway does something about it.
