I order a shoe online. Aldo took the money out of my account. After a week they didn't ship the shoes to me so i called the company. They said they said me an e-mail that for security reasons they had the order on hold. They had to contact the bank after they already had my money in their account. No one call me or e-mail me. Why take the MONEY and still hold on to the PRODUCT. If it for security reasons you have the money so call and say something.
