Terrible Customer Service

Recently went to the Brick in Brandon, MB to purchase a curio cabinet for an elderly couple approx $300.00. Sales rep said the product would come in a box, also stated $50.00 for delivery (only. 5km away???) and the elderly couple would have to put the unit together themselves. (Excuse me???) Also stated cost would be another $40.00 to put the cabinet together by the company? What kind of service is this? Sales Rep, R. Helena also said "other furniture stores build these costs into their prices". I guess $300.00 means nothing to your business! You guys are not very busy as far as I can see... So congratulations you have lost yet another dissatisfied customer in Brandon!!
