ZnZ is Reputable!

The receipt of credit points, necessary for sign up requires a selection of affiliate offers. Specific promotional offers list free trials, with the exception of a shipping charge if applicable. My experience with one such company, requiring only a telephone conversation in attainment of credit, prompted interest as there were no shipping fee's nor need for CC pre - authorization. Proceeding the sign up process, I received a standard auto e-mail notification as verification of my request, advising me of a pre-scheduled sales call.

Although the call took place as scheduled, credit to my account required multiple e-mail requests, countless phone calls to the (broker) with no reply which consequently prompted a demand to speak to a legal representative of *. Immediately following my request and one week later, credit was applied to the account and case closed. The irony of this story, the (broker) failed to submit an automated e-mail verification of sales call (standard protocol) following our conversation, which incidentally is required within a three day period (Not the responsibility of ZNZ). Despite my ordeal however, my experience with ZNZ has remained a positive one. They remain attentive to support ticket inquiries, supportive to questions relative to site navigation and account maintenance concerns.
