Mario Rosman, President Approached after house fire. After signing contract November They received all the money and have not repair our house as of this day July. Will not respond or give a date of completion

FIRE Representor approached us early morning of November the day after an house fire that demaged most of our home.initially we were placed in a living facility while they repair our home. We were forced to move because of the insurance living expense as of May. The insurance gave them the full check in Jan. 2012 to restore our home. We have consulted legal help because they refuse to respond to our complaints and demands. We want a deadlines as to when we can live in our home comfortable again. We have absolutely no kitchen. Three weeks ago I met with the President, and he promised that most of the house would be completed by the end of June. They only thing they done was tile the kitchen and dinning area. Nothing else has been done and they refuse to return my phone calls. Everything is extremely dusty and resedue of water and cement from the tile on my furniture. There was plastic on everything initially, but has been taken off all my furniture.

I cannot afford legal help and this is really taken a toll on my health.
