Rude, a nuisance, disrespectful, full of sh

I have lived here for almost 3 years with my son. Since we lived here the sprinklers have never worked. No hose provided to water the wanna be grass. Gardeners would come however the grass could not even be cut due to it being so dead. We had to get a hose and water the grass to have some greenery. The gardeners are worthless. Never seeded the grass never watered it. Their trimmings would be all over the trash area and not inside. Very unprofessional. The trash guys that dump the trash just as lazy let the trash sit all on the ground smash the dumpster into the garages breaking the stucco
the drouin management company "suzie" she has no home training. She would talk adult talk to my son and threaten to kick us out. Wut the hell is with this lady. Its not for him to worry.

We have had black mold and have asked them to fix it many times. With the result of nothing so now they have forced us to take the next action necessary. Suzie from droin management company has threatened my son, talked rudely to him and his friends. Assuming that they had done certain things. Suzie would show up unannounced just to check on the apartment. Nononono i dont think soooooooo you need to give a 24 hour notice and to show up with attitude and want something from me.

Suzie your unprofessional, ugly in the mouth, and a cop caller... Called the cop cause someone 21 was drinking a beer... Just a nasty miserable person that has to spew her hate and miserable life on others... You have not heard the last from me no you havent
