Scam - where they send out bills for the books not ordered involves collection agency from

Received a order confirmation email from Rodale 6 months ago that I did not order. Called them to explain the situation. No one answered. Now for the past few months I am receiving collection agency mails from Rodale/Tahkar group for a book I never ordered and received.

I can't believe that these things are happening in USA too. I am not sure whom they will give out private american citizens information to so they can be threatened and harassed repeatedly. I am really sick of these collection agency letters. I am trying to contact Rodale again and again. If they do not repsond the only option that I have is to report this unethical and illegal business practices to Federal Trade comission.
