Nationwide Connections Rip-Off fraud, bill cramming

Today I received my monthly Verizon phone bill. I immediately noticed a charge I did not make. It is for a 6min call totaling $6.82 on Jul 10 from NYC, operated assisted. I would like to know how someone was able to bill MY phone without my permission. The call is listed as an OAN charge, with another company listed as Nationwide Connections Inc and a phone number that does not work! When I called it, as I was advised to do by Verizon, there is a fast busy signal. Just amazing the crap that goes on these days! Now I have to fight to get this removed. I did not make this call and I am not paying for it. FCC - where are you? Crack down on these practices and protect innocent victims!
