I checked into this company only to find that they do not screen the homes or assisted living homes. These facilities pay to list themselves on the website. A nursing home pays $1750 per year and the assisted living facilities pay 70% of the first months rent for every referral. The website then calls them "partners" and does very quietly tell you they pay. I find that to be very misleading. The consumer is looking for good advice in a tough situation not an company that put up an Ad.
