I was charged $254.00 for collect calls from a state i know noone. All calls came at a time i was out of state. When i contactewd zpdi i was treated rudely and told nothing could be done. I could not get an address or name of the owner or even a supervisor. The man on the phone just state nothing can be done you must pay.
My local company stated i don't have to pay these charges and my local services will not be disconnected for non payment i think it is ashame that they can get away with this. Can anyone help us stop this company.
