On Aug 10 USBI charged my phone bill 6.69 for a call to Diego Garcia. This call was supposedly made at 2:00 pm. Impossible, all members of the household were either at school or at work on this date. Qwest has agreed to remove charge from bill, however has also advised me to file a report.
