Charged $500 for past due bills I did not approve

I was charged 500.00 for cell phone bill. I was told it was for past due bills, I had them set up with my bank to be paid a set amount each month. I had bundled my account so it was a set amount each month. There was always an extra charge for something always.

Before this I had a running disagreement with them because of them taking me off the bundle agreement and my account was always behind so i had paid them 1000,00, 500.00 many times in order to get back to being bundled. I was in San Antonio and service was discontinued this was the last straw so I canceled all service with them i have been a customer for many years so i didn't have to pay for stopping service. My last bill was for 1000.00 dollars which i do not own. Now I'm getting calls from some collection company from india. I can't understand them and there very rude. If you can get rid of att if nothing else for outsourcing
