This company is misleading people

I ordered flowers from these folks - the flowers very overpriced to begin with (in light of what arrived) - but as they were for a funeral I wanted them to be extra special. They appeared to offer me a discount for my purchase which apparently, without my knowledge signed me up for a $9.99 monthly subscription to their service as I am reading in other reviews across the web I see this has happened to many others. This is a CON - It is impossible to contact them except by phone, so you have to wait for their open hours to query anything, - then they give you a hard sell on the subscription you did not want.
Eventually they credited my card back the subscription fee - but then charged back the discount they had offered in the first place. Do not use this company. There are plenty of great, HONEST flower delivery alternatives.
