Pickwick exxon
Mike mcclain held my last two exxon payroll checks because he said i owed him money and said that he would just keep them for his payment

I was renting a house from the pickwick exxon owner and as a full time employee at his convience store. He put propane in our cyclinder and we gave him a two week notice with no kind of lease aggrement and moved out. I was expecting a 40 hour and a 20 hour week check from the convience store. When i called to make arrangements to pick up my check he said i owe him money and he said that i dont have a check there. It really put me and my family in a terrable bind. I dont believe that it is legal for him to take my payroll check like that.
