Ripoff - Deceptive Marketing and Unauthorized telephone billing charges Northridge California

I recieved a call about a cellphone offer for a reputable company. I agreed to have my credit checked and I was told they would call back to tell me if I was approved. Well I never got a call back. A month later I have a charge on my phone bill for a "Business Package" of $79.98.

I called and I was greeted by an answering machine. I left a message and no call back. Then I called again and again a machine and no call back. I am still waiting to hear from them. For now I am disputing the charges with my telephone provider. What a way to spend your hard earned cash huh. Not to mention the time and frustration of explaining this over and over till you can reach the right person. I should be charging them for my time!
