I have purchased a crystal clear montior approx 2 years ago, it was replaced within a year of purchase due to a technical fault, whilst I lived in the UK, I now have a new baby and have relocated to the R.O. I and found the fault happening again, where the sensor is triggering an alarm, my baby is moving and breathing when this happens, which was on 5 occasions last evening, and I am unhappy, It clearly isn't fit for purpose, and nor is your website when you cannot submit the complaint form. Please respond asap
