NO help from Dewalt

I purchased this energy machine in Flint Township At Home Website. The system had a problem, but I would not be helped by Dewalt out. I was told by them to contact FNA INCH-877-362-4271. I tried to contact them. They believed to keep a note. I did so, of waiting-time after 4 hours. 14 days later no body had named me back yet. I named them back it had been the same kind of tale.

When you have to purchase this energy machine, don’t suppose Dewalt may back you up. Attempt to purchase warranty At Home Site (or other store). I'm really dissatisfied with Dewalt’s customer support. You also can’t deliver a contact to Dewalt. Others possess the same energy machine and incredibly great assistance (like John Deere or Upper device, from my knowledge). Without House Depot’s assistance on results, I don’t believe something could be sold by Dewalt. Thank you to affiliates and House Depot’s team. These were a big hand.
