This can be a criticism. About the 17th june around 6pm, i visited the h store in citadel store in la. I'd the worst experience ever. There is she handle me very rudely, this really bitchy large woman in the cashier. I purchased 9 products in the mens area that morning. She gave me a tiny carrier. Was and after i settled going to leave the shop, i thought that that three products was for my friend, and the plastic bag was too little. I delivered back to ask her for another carrier. She responded very rudely in-front other people "no means, i can't provide it for you". I am talking about would you have any sign saying that just one case will get per-purchase, easily purchased each 9 products seperately are you going to hand out plastic bag for every product, and h&m is this type of large global organization cant afford to provide a additional carrier. She doesnt give simply declined me in an exceedingly rude method, a reason. Being a outcome i delivered all 9 items for refund the shop. Destroyed my night, this-not only waste my period, waste of losing a person and their hours. This is actually the last moment i'll be visiting m & h again. She appeared to be a supervisor i am talking about how can h&m employ people, in my experience, dont you've a regular for service quality, bitchy individual and employing this type of rude to cope with consumers.
