Beverly Jean Thomas Took $1,150.00 of my money for purchase of a puppy then REFUSED to give me the puppy or my money!

In March I purchased a Brussels Griffon Puppy from a so called "Show Breeder" with her kennels in Fayette, Missouri. That kennel is Mystique Brussels Griffon and the breeder is Beverly Thomas. I paid Beverly in four installments for the purchase of my puppy for a total of $1,150.00. The first installment was made on March 30 and the last installment was on May 26.

As of May 26, I still owed $50.00 for a total purchase price of $1,200.00. We both agreed that I would pay that $50.00 plus $20.00 for the puppy's first vaccinations and $20.00 for the gasoline she bought to drive to meet me on I-70,30 miles from her home. Until the day I left my home in Oklahoma City to drive to Fayette, MO, we were in agreement that I had purchased the puppy. I later discovered a puppy purchase contract on her website that she had not mentioned to me or required me to complete.
