Total ripoff! Make sure that you don't submit a check at all. I got screwed for $85.00! Right now GetIndependent.net is using www.globalcheck.com as the way of receiving the checks. Make sure you contact them and let them know if you have been scammed too! That check receiving URL (website) resides on GlobalCheck.com's web servers, meaning they have the ability to take it down. They need to be notified by you ASAP!
