Lacking shipping of purchase/Not answering emails

I requested a 150 Kaneka solar power panels as well as a Sunnyboy 7000 inverter. I obtained the solar panel systems, however the inverter was to become shipped later because of lengthy shipping period in the producer. I approached the salesperson Juan Bernal many times, but didn't obtain answers until many months later after I was educated he'd quit the organization. After I told him to exhibit me the documents he'd in regards to the shipping - he explained he'd contact the maker (SMA) and notice when they had shipped them. Then i waited per week. No response to many emails. I subsequently approached SMA plus they advised me they had informed Juan Vergara that I'd, certainly, not gotten them sent. I submitted this informtation to Juan Vergaras individual mail, and to Steve Kimbal and sunelectronics site email. No solutions from ANYONE. Today per month later and maybe 20 emails and many attempted to achieve them by telephone (where i get disconnected after I inform my title and have for Juan Vergara) no solutions whatsoever. Today im considering employing appropriate help get my money returned. When there is an attorney available who would like the situation he's pleasant to contact me. - Only write on this website. Sunelec ownes me around 4000$. I've all emails where sunelec admits I've settled entirely. I've emails from SMA they havent shipped.in addition to from Juan Bernal who creates it hasnt been shipped. The situation is obvious with published proofs.
