Division 9 Floors is the most unethical and deceptive business I've seen in a long time. They used a Groupon to scam buyers of the Groupon only to tack on all sorts of additional surcharges and try to force it down their customers wallets.
On top of this, the owner Josh, is extremely volcanic and unprofessional. I would rather throw my money out the window than give to this company. I would not trust Josh to dispose of or install flooring no matter what the situation — you'll be sure to get scammed.
This company runs an extremely shady operation and I would not advise anyone to use them for your flooring needs.
