Do not go into business with this Franchise. They will absolutely rip you off and the agreement they have you sign is fraudulent

Please check for other operators across the country that have filed lawsuits because there are plenty. I know of at least 4 current that have been filed in 2012. The contract they have you sign is a franchise agreement, but they refer to it as a license agreement. Make no mistake, it is a franchise agreement and a personal guarantee is attached. You will lose money on this business, so please check this agreement out with an attorney.
