Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins Store #337435 - Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru

Hello:)! I wanted to write in because I frequent this establishment at least 4 days a week, and on a positive note, the staff is VERY friendly and kind!!! My issue is%u2026I am going a smidgeon out of my way to come to this establishment on my way to Miami for work and use what is "supposed to be" the convenience/efficiency of the drive-thru. Over the past several months, 3 out of the 4 times I use your drive-thru convenience, I get to the window, and I'm asked to pull up in front of the restaurant and my breakfast will be brought to me, because it's not ready yet!!??? Although, I love your establishment, this has become VERY annoying, as I have a certain amount of time to get to work, and expect that placing a drive thru order means, I only have to wait a minimum amount of time for my meal. I've seen that your establishment has a timer that shows when the order is placed and when the order is given, HOWEVER, if you're asking people to move to the front to await their order, this system is being cheated!!! If my route to work allows me to go to your establishment near Sheridan Street, on US-1, I WILL go there, because this has NEVER happened to me there, BUT, if my route does not allow me to go that way, I have now chosen to walk into Subway on Sunrise Blvd, as it is on my way to I-95 and has been more consistent with me getting to work on time, even though I have to walk inside to order. I apologize for being negative, because as I stated, the staff is VERY kind, but I have been SO frustrated lately, because this has happened SO often!!!
