Service was laughing while taking orde

They did not get order right. I ordered a sandwich on a everything bagel. Our coffers was not labeled which one had extra cream and sugar. I asked for two packets of ketchup they did not put it in there. I eat and get coffee at least three times a week. I called back and the manager did not seem to care. I usually would never complain but I really like ducking donuts. The kids working there need to take their job a little more seriously. I would blame that on management. Thank u for ur time.
