On 8-4-09 Harry Peterbuilt from Vacant Land America call and said he's got my land in New Mexico sold. Well it wasn't even up for sale. Why would you be trying to sell my land anyway when you have people that have pay you to sell theirs. We had an agreement that if the sale does not go by 8-17-09 I would get my money back. He said there are closing cost the buyer would pay half. My part was $1,987.00. Well if there is no sale there should be no closing costs. Needless to say it did not sell. I asked for my money back and he said no i have a signed contract. Him and i had an agreement that i would get money back, he had a for sure buyer and to trust him because I was sceptical. I was out of town so I told him to fax the contrac to my sisters work because they have a fax machine I told her to sign it for me and fax it back. The contract states nothing like we talked about. It says no money back, but that isn't what him and Hope (an employee) told me. I have it one tape they said it. What did they do to earn 2,000. I called the chamber of commerce to tell them they had a fraudulent company using their logo on their contracts. They said they asked them to quit because of numerous complaints. Her name was Christy Hall 912-729-5840. Under contract law it says a contract between parties that involves fraud upon another would not be valid. It also says the contract must be in the same language thats used in the sales presentation. If the seller lied to get you to make the purchase it is also invalid. They signed also to sell my land and they are not going to do it. Nor did they ever have any intentions of selling it. There mission is to get as many no refund contracts as possible, until they are closed down, then they will start up again as a new company. There are alot of complaints against this corrupt co. They are just a hazardous nusence that the rest of us good honest hard working people have to cross paths with from time to time. Some day they will do business with the wrong people doing it the way they do it and they will get their just reward. Then the world will be much nicer. Thank-you very much
