Mail fraud

I never thought i would have been a victim of mail fraud. I figured it out when i could not contact the company, nor do they respond to emails. I sent them my check back in october and as of yet have not seen the product. Just 2 postcards informing me when the product will ship, which have now come and gone. This company is a scam. And we are entitled to get our money back. Please help
