Bad billing system tried to bill the card I joined with even though I didn't even submit that card for the orde

I made an order to fullfil my comitment, and used a VISA credit card. 5 days later, I was curious as to why my order status said "Purchase Not Authorized/Not Shipped". I used their customer service section to request why. I did not recieve a reply, but I did recieve a letter in the mail stating my "Discover" credit card was declined.
Now I found this very strange, so I called my Discover credit card company, and they told me that the transaction was declined because of a lack of funds (that is obvious, because I wouldn't be dumb enough to use that card unless I knew it had enough credit on it). I mentioned what I though happened, my theroy was the billing system used my SINGLE USE card numbers I used for joining. Discover informed me they tried to bill my account using my ACTUAL numbers. If I use a VISA card, how in the world does that turn into an entirely different card, along with totally different numbers?! If that isn't fraud, then I will never order anything with my credit cards unless I am in person and have a legal reciept. You can still join, and buy from BMG Music, but use Bill me, and send a check.
