Intown kennels is a sleazy crooked company liars & thieves

Oh my God this is a sleazy and crooked place. My family was in town for a wedding and were staying for a week... I remembered seeing this place so I thought it seemed like a reasonable price... Biggest mistake I've ever made.

Upon arriving, my two sisters were read a list of rules that you would not believe. I thought the place was a hotel but by the time they left (early) they both felt like they were living in a jail. You would not believe how they treat people... Like little kids at camp!!! The windows in the place were bolted shut so you could not get fresh air. So they propped the door open only to have a rude employee tell them to shut it or get out of the hotel (SERIOUSLY!!!) They were even told to not open the blinds to let any light in or they would be "ejected" from the property!!! By the time they left they were referring to the place as the "Intown Kennels!"

The room was dirty, dirty. If you walked around in the room in bare feet your feet were BLACK in only a few minutes. The bed was old and worn and you could see stains on the matress through the sheets because there was not even a matress pad. No blanket was provided... Only a worn bedspread that looked as though it had never been washed. The bathroom floor was STICKY! The paper thin walls allowed you to listen to your neighbors TV, voices and "other activities."

Needless to say, I was totally embarrassed for puting them up in this "shanty" so I insisted that they check-out and paid for them to go to a REAL hotel. The manager refused a refund for the remaining 5 nights and refused to refund a $100 deposit charged to a credit card (this WILL be disputed through the credit card company). He was rude, did not care, and was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at any hotel anywhere.

Don't go near the "Intown Kennels"... You wouldn't even want your dog to stay in this place!!!
