Unauthorized debit (twice), did not correct first unauthorized debit

Found strange debit ($139.99) on my checking account from "TLG*IDSecure"; no one there to answer phone Saturday at the number on the debit.internet search reveals this is a scam which you might accidently sign up for in several ways. I ran search for this payee and found another charge from a year ago.

Recalled that I had spotted that initial charge then, contacted the company, demanded refund. I realize now that no refund was ever offered.

Extraordinarily sleezy business model...
