I ordered a Kansas City Frock Coat on 1/8, paying by credit card. They claim to have sent it soon after, perhaps on January 9th. I have never received the item. Gwen Hansen of the company said she would refund my money. She never has. I just now learn that now the company is claiming that I received the package, which is a lie. To date, 5/31 I have not received the item or a refund.in my opinion this is a ripoff company, and deal wth them at your own peril.
