Told me lies about when they would pay

This company owes me & about 7-8 others at least 4 weeks of pay. We keep getting told lies upon lies of when they were sent out, i. E we were told one week checks were sent out on Monday & Tuesday (this was told to us on a Wednesday). On Thursday we were told checks hadn't been sent out YET. The next week we were told checks were being sent out that day (on a Tuesday) I am 4 weeks of due pay behind on this company. They closed down the hourly section. The reason they have not paid us "they do not get paid for the job until the job is complete". It is now Wednesday and checks have still not gone out.
