Ripped off my airtime I had paid for without any reason RIPOFF

I have been doing business with this company for several years now. I had a plan that they offered, where they charged me $7.99 per month from my bank credit card on auto pay. This plan is supposed to stop them from deleteing your phone number if you do not add more airtime to your account thru a card or online before a date they put on your phone everytime you add air time to it. This stops the date from being added as well, as long as you pay them the fee above.

My problem is that they dropped my auto pay and did not let me know before the deadline or time to contact them and add time the conventional way as describe above without loss of my phone number assigned by them and the air time I still had left on my phone (131 units) They sent me an e mail offering additional extra air time I could buy online.

I only used the phone on trips or on a vacation, because I am a heart patient, for emergencies. When I keyed in the code numbers that they gave me after I paid them the $29.99 by credit card, for the time online. The numbers added the additional 100 units, but deleted the air time I already paid for in the past and left to use on my phone. This was 131 units. So instead of adding the 100 units to my balance of air time units and giveing me a total of 231 units I got only the 100 units.

I called them and they refused to give my airtime units back saying that my auto pay had been stopped by them and without notification by them. Therefore I lose my time I had on my phone and the phone number that I had been assigned by them.

They then changed my phone number to a different one. I had nothing to do with them stopping my auto pay to keep this from happening at all. My Credit card that I had given them to withdraw out the fee of $7.99 mo is the same card I use now and is a good credit card.

For an excuse they said that the bank would not honor the credit card, I called the bank and they said they have always honered my credit card to anyone I gave permission to withdraw funds.

This is a big rip off of the public. And needs to be stopped, I will be contacting my attorney to take legal action againt them at my expense now. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The are trained to give you the run around when you try to contact them also by transferring your call from one person to the next one. I spent one hour trying to get them to give my air time back without any success.
