Spoke on the phone, left voice mail, receive voice mail assuring me the product was in transit and eventually after about an exchange of 15 to 20 emails that he was refunding manually on March 4.

Emailed him one more time today 05/25 to let him know I'm pissed and he is tarnishing the reputation of all overseas businesses. I am very hesitant to order overseas because of this one transaction and the way I have been lied to and he is a thief and criminal for stealing funds from customers.
