Rip off won't send my moms braziers

Found a sales descript in the newspapers for some bra's. So I ordered some for my 76 year old mother and myself. Sent the check to the company throught the mail. For $50.30.. Thought what a deal. It stated 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I sent that payment on 11/20/01 and it's now the middle of January. Got a card in the mail stating it would be 12/31/01 when i could expect to have it delivered. Card states it would be sent in separate packages. Thanks for your patience... I tried to call the telephone company to find the phone # for this J.D. Marvel products inc.in champlain NY. They stated there was no listing for this company. I asked my son to check out to see if there were a web site on this company and lo and be hold there was this site saying "rip off" we found a phone # and it could not go through...
