Ripoff - paid for merchandise and it was not delivered consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered slippers advertised by J.D. Marvel Products in the Newark, NJ Star-Ledger. My check for payment of this merchandise was cashed by J.D. Marvel Products, but the slippers have not been received after 10 weeks. The ad by J.D. Marvel states a promise of 2 to 4 weeks delivery time.
