This company destroyed my air conditioner which was under warranty (only 2 yrs old) with Frigidaire. To make a very long story short. My air conditioner was not cooling properly and the compressor clicked on/off. I went on Frigidaire website and A&E was first on list, so I called.

They came 2 days later and the tech said my room was to big for a/c. Wrong. It was working fine for 2 years. I called A&E again to send someone else (my first big mistake). 2 weeks later a tech came and said the compressor/thermostat needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later parts came in and tech came (2-1/2 hrs late), complaining he was running late, had 4 more calls after me, etc.installed compressor, not thermo, threw in window and left.

He said I should let it run for 20 minutes and it will cool. Wrong. I called A&E, they got in touch with tech, who now said I needed a compasitator. Wrong. 2 weeks later part came in and another tech came to install only to tell me this compressor was bad and had to order another one. He promised all parts would be in next week. Of course all parts were not, the compressor did come in.

I called A&E to tell them other parts were not received (also 3 days on phone with them making sure parts were ordered, which they weren't until that week). Rep told me she had to cancel appt. Because all parts were not in. I told her the tech told me the compressor was bad and I had it. She said they could not send any one. That evening my husband and I purchased another a/c. NOT Frigidaire.

The next day I took off from work to accept delivery of my new a/c and guess who rings the bell??? A&E. I didn't even let the tech into my home. Can you believe this company. I had 6 boxes outside from them and asked them to pick up or I will throw out. They were suppose to pick up today, and guess what, a tech called me to repair my a/c. What a/c, I told him, it's in the garbage. Finally, he took the boxes away (after signing a sheet that had every part on it). Now I plan to take them to small claims court because they forced me to buy a new a/c.
