Purchasing furniture from Macy's hasbeen among the toughest customer encounters in my own life. The toughest element is itis not these products, itis the folks. You spend reduced for better material, and that I don't believe it is unlikely to anticipate good customer support. For anxiety about this turning out to be a book, my cliffnotes.

Us-Educated salesperson: I purchased 2 sets of leather furniture that are stunning (and that Iam mainly pleased with) I needed one set-to be fabric but was informed they'd no fabric reclining models. After shipping (6 months later than collection expectancy) I recipient a pamphlet marketing the reclining collection I purchased, however in a fabric content for $2k less. Frustrating and frustrating nevertheless when coupled with anything else... inappropriate.

Constant supply problems: I purchased a desk from another shop that needed it delivered in the united states and that I first got it in 10 times. Macy's could not get me something within 2 months-even though I invested over $8k. And also the projected shipping day was near to 30 days.

Help: For both shipping and charge cards. Mess! This mess rises the food-chain, not only the english-as another language people. I had been used in an area executive who informed me what I needed to listen to, which she'd return to me. She did not. Not on a single of my numerous problems. Must I need to pursue them around? Must I need to call-in and have why there is interest costs after I purchase the furniture on 12 weeks no-interest? I have been about the telephone possibly near to 2 dozen occasions (including shipping problems) but still do not have things fixed. After I eventually got my furniture I believed the frustration was over. When I acquired an area executive about the point, I believed she'd look after me. Perhaps you may study from my errors!?
