No shipping update, no contact, no nothing

I ordered a gift for my friend from this site. Its been a week and 3 days. I've gotten no email response, the phone number just keeps ringing, and no shipping/order update.

I've seen several complaints on this site now. They must be shut down. I know it's impossible to get my money back now but I really want a refund.

In the email conformation of my order it said and I quote, "We don't respond by email regarding Orders". What kind of service is this? They say you can call but there is no answer.
