I purchased two Samsung Galaxy Tablets (7.0 and 10.1) from this website as a child bday gift and Father's day gift on May 31st. On June 1st I received an order confirmation. June 4th I received a shipping acknowledgement and on June 5th received shipping confirmation with a tracking number for USPS. I tracked the package all week and found that it never left the vendor location. On Sunday June 10th I attempted to call the company and get an update. They were closed. I accessed my email so that I could contact them via email and found a refund receipt in my Junk mail stating my order was refunded due to out of stock or backordered items. I then started to realize that I had been scammed. To confirm it I did several Google searches that led me to this site. With information provided by several other users I was able to confirm that I was not alone. I then called my Credit Card Company and am working with them to get my money back. I have also submitted a complaint with the BBB. Please do not fall for this companies scam! If you try to contact the 800 number listed on the website you are directed to a voicemail. No matter which options you select! If you email any 3 of the web addresses they use you don't receive a response. Thanks to those of you that posted here. I hope we can work together to get justice against this FRAUD!
