Ignored! Wasn't waitied on

I came into extra space storage to pay my Bill. A black girl named Rhoda was standing behind the counter eating a bag of M & M's. There were 3 other employees there waiting on customers both extra space and truck customers. After waiting for over 10 minutes she never asked me if I needed help. A employee who was waiting on a truck customer came in and asked Rhoda if she had asked this customer (me) if I needed help. She acted surprised and eating the M&M's said "OH" waht do you need? I told her I needed to pay my bill.

The employees their have always been so kind and she just ignored me! Thanks extra space - I think I'll move out... I asked her what her name was? And she said Rhoda Christian... And why did I want to know that??? I did observe that she made a lot of conversation with the Black customers. I was white and felt I was ignored because I was White...
