Anthony Pita is not a licensed realiter, he lied to me about his phone number after I finally got a hold of him after months of trying, he does not have a business permit as well as no permit to have a group home, and he submitted forged documentation to paypal when I moved out of one of his properties after the police came looking for Anthony Pita.
I moved into one of his properties at 2311 N. Riverside Drive, I was not informed that he was housing a supervised group home for people out of prison on Parole.

They constantly harassed me. The police came looking for Anthony Pita because he did not have a proper permit to be renting this property. After my attorney did more research, Anthony Pita has not been a licensed realiter since 1999, he has no permits to be renting his property, he has no permit to run a group home of any kind. I moved out and paid him via paypal for my rent and deposits, as well as last months rent. I told him that he could keep my last months rent and that I wanted my deposit back.

After no response to several messages, I filed a complaint with paypal where Anthony Pita submitted forged documents and won the dispute. After months I have finally been able to get a hold of him via email, he called me back from a blocked number. After he had agreed to fix this situation, he gave me a number for my attorney to reach him and it was the wrong number. Do not do business with Pita Group, Anthony Pita or anyone that is affiliated with them. I am a disabled Iraq Combat Veteran and former U.S. Marine. I have never been more disrespected than I have been by this company.
