Pita Gourmet in Cortland New York Refused full refund after serving rotted meat

On March 19th, I went to lunch with my son to the Pita Gourmet. He ordered two beef kabobs—18.00 dollars. There was a strong order that smelled like rotten meat. We complained to the waitress, who refused to smell the food and said she does not eat meat. She took it back and the owner came out with a bowl full of what appeared to be raw meat. We asked her it she smelled what was served us and she would not respond to this question. We were not refunded for the entire meal. They charged us for the less than 1/6th of the food that was eaten even though it was rotted. We initially bought some garlic hummus to try to eat it to cover the nasty smell. I told the waitress that I would file a report online since they refused to refund the meal. Avoid this place at all costs, the service was terrible and they would not reimburse us for the rotted food they served. It was really bad customer service. My meal was ruined because of the nasty order from my son's plate. Shocking disappointment.
