Eric Toso, Albert Gentillini, Brandy Bennett My personal experience from this very bad company

Shops, Products, Services

I have dedicated a lot of time to recovering what I was promised by these characters. Fairly soon, I fear, I'm going to have to file with the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs and eventually litigate. Here is some insight into what I have learned.

Late last year, I researched ways to offload a luxury watch that was no longer my style. I hand delivered a very fine watch to one of watchbrokers.com's acquisition specialists.

What a dope he was! I should have known better. Something is just wrong with all of the Watchbroker.com employees. They all look like the bad guys from The Goonies movie.

All of the processes and communications described by the previous thousand victims occurred with me. Decent communication up until the point the watch sold. Then, bam! Can't get a human on the phone for anything.

This is a company with like 10 employees, all that stand around and do nothing, but no one is allowed to answer the phone. Calls to the company almost invariably go to an answering service, and you are placed on hold indefinitely.

Hold music is a 1.5 minute loop of music. It used to be "We Got the Beat" by the Go-Go's. Now it's Mozart's "Rondo all a Turca."

If you DO get an answer from someone in the actual brick-and-mortar business, they will pass the buck. "Oh, you need to talk to so-and-so. Let me put you on hold." CLICK!"we got the beat, we got the beat, yeah! We got the beat!.."

The whole thing is just a funhouse with wacky mirrors and doors that don't open. Another stipulation they make, in the tiny print, is that they get 6 months to pay you. That is a very long time compared to the industry standards. And, it allows the owners to finance anything they like with the cash you are floating them.

I figured if I wanted to get any results I would need to do more than just keep calling the 866 number.

With that in mind, I decided to visit their store front. I showed up in person and requested payment. And, wouldn't you know, they just so happened to be all out of checks that day, and would have to mail it to me... Which they didn't do.

I'm not going away on these guys. I'd like to file in small claims if I don't get my check soon. Would love to see if anyone want's to go splitsies on a lawyer. Got plenty of paperwork and would love to stick it to them.
