Hi,

I found the advertisment for GQ imports in the Boston Globe recently, so I decided to check it out.

I called them, and they schedueled an inteview with me for the next day. I decided to do some research and upon further study, I notice that all the information on the website was extremely vague and misleading.

I still decided to give it a chance though, and went to the first interview.

When I got there, I was greeted by an owner, and the only other person there was Jennifer, the rebuttal you have seen written.

For 20 minutes, he avoided answering all of my questions like the plague, and when it came down to it, he wouldn't tell me what it actually was. All I learned was that it was a company tha works with various companies. I think he could tell I was sketched out by this nefarious company so he started talking about video games to me to break my walls down.

He really was not that successful, as I got out of my interview having no idea what the pay was, what the job was or whether it was salary or commission. The office was small and sketchy, and he told me he was picking out of 40 possible candidates and he would choose 3 and call me by 5.

He called exactly at 5, and told me come in 9-6.

I decided to look it up online and I found numerous links to bad comments about this company and its 17 different names.

I found this link, and got a little frightened that I was going to waste my day.

So I called them up, and asked them about it. He said that I should dress professionally, bring the resumes and wear comfortable shoes and that I should bring a friendly attitude. I decided to not go, but I am thoroughly agitated that companies like this are allowed to exist.
