Sold me a cooling vest that does not absorb wate

The cooling vest I bought from this company does not work. They said to me that it has fibers that absorb water, but I might as well be wearing regular fabric soaked in water.

Forty dollars for that, indeed! Then they tried to tell me that they think I was wearing it wrong, without actually asking me how I was wearing it. Stay away from these Rude Scam artists!
