Refer a friend promotion a rip off

I purchased a phone from tracfone. When your purchase a phone and refer a friend, you and that friend recieve upon activation 100 free minutes.

I did just that and we are still waiting for our 100 free minutes. 27 emails and numerous phone calls have only provided me with weeks of frustration. When you call the customer service number you get a rep that speaks poor english, and does not understand a thing you are saying. The accent of the rep is always of the far east (india, pakistan or whatever) you get nowhere by calling.

I sent over 27 emails. All reposnded back with a form letter telling me that a customer service rep will be in contact with me shortly. Shortly? I have been waiting for weeks! I recall them back, i provide them with all of my personal and phone info, and from there is goes wild. The rep has no idea what i am talking about, i keep hearing hold on please, hold on please. Hold on please. The reps usually transfers my call to another rep who oncew agins sounds like they are from the far east. I never get a call back - nor do i ever get an email telling me what to do or how they can correct this problem. It appears obvious to me that i am getting ripped off. They got my money. I asked to speak to someone who speaks fluen english, thats a joke, beacuse they all don't know what is going on and they all speak foreign jibish.
