Ripoff worst customer service, or lack thereof

I have been trying to get a defective phone replaced since August. Supposedly they were "overnighting" it to me and five weeks later, I got it. It turns out that phone was defective and when I activated it, I couldn't keep my phone number. When I ordered a new model, I finally got the phone two weeks later and it was defective also. So I waited a couple of weeks more and they wouldn't let me keep the second number, and said they had to send me a new SIM card. Weeks later I finally got the SIM card, I was fed up. I sent them numerous emails to try to speak to a manager or director, seeing that their customer service reps were not trained in customer service, only how to give the runaround and how to make their customers wait on hold while they contact their supervisor. I would love to speak to one of their supervisors, but I doubt they know english.

The first few emails I sent them were replied to with canned responses asking me to call their "Customer Care Center" when that is the whole root of my frustration. After a few more emails from me pleading to have a real person call me or email me, I never got a response. Then I emailed them telling them that I will give them negative referrals and will contact the BBB - I have yet to get a response. They have absolutely no cares for their customers and I hope people start realizing that and finding another cellular phone carrier. I wouldn't let my grandmother use Tracfone and will do my best to spread the word. They refuse to deal with customers that are upset with them that don't want to deal with their AWFUL "Customer Care Center". They are cheap in price and in service. Never again.
