After jumping thru every initial hoop i am still, 12 weeks later unable to redeem owed rebates due to additional costs & hoops

After waiting their ridiculous 10 to 16 weeks to get the owed rebates i am unable to collect due to them requiring additional money and an added 4 -6 weeks wait! I do not have $12 to get the $50 rebate i am owed. I really don't have another month to wait to go to the dentist with the desperately needed monies.

While the internet was being installed by cox as required in the rebate offer the installer told me i could have gotten free equipment thru them without waiting for these "free" offers that are essentially just refunding the money i paid for their equipment
