Ryan Devlin, Ken Brecht, Jennifer Marshall This group fails to deliver menu's and scams their salespeople out of their commissions

I was employed by this group as an independent contractor originally and then left for medical reasons. I came back as I made good money on many of the projects I was sent on. Towards the end I knew something was up because we were going further out before the menu's were due. Then there were times when paychecks were late. At 1 point they forgot to send me my check and gas card and stranded me in Cut Bank, Mt. They did this to force me to do a project that was not worth doing. I was constantly lied to by Ryan. He failed to do his job on numerous occassions. They still owe me approximately $1800.00 to this day. I have since spoken with the man that they hired to do my area and he had the same problems with getting his check and supposedly this group has changed their name and is now operating out of nevada. I met with one of the restaurants that I had sold to in the past and they were waiting on the new menu's that were sold by the person who came after me. They were more than a month late. It's said but they don't tell the customers they have a 3 day right to cancel which they do.
